Performance Manager Company: KINESSO Australia Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Hybrid role integrating into client's campaigns. Salary: $80,000-85,000 inclusive of super Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end performance media campaigns across paid search and paid social, including campaign strategy, creative briefs, media buying, testing, tracking, reporting, and optimisation. Consult with clients to understand business objectives, industry landscape and competitive drivers, and provide data driven recommendations and opportunity mapping. Lead client meetings, develop proposals, negotiate contracts and manage budgets to deliver on agreed KPIs. Supervise and mentor a team of performance executives and coordinators, set goals, allocate resources and foster a high‑performance culture. Track performance against plan, analyse media proposals and optimise media spend for maximum ROI. Prepare post‑campaign performance reports, capture learnings and recommend optimisation strategies. Maintain accurate financial tracking and invoicing for the performance team and resolve client billing issues. Key Skills SEM (Google, Microsoft, SA360) and paid social platform experience (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest) Advanced data visualisation and performance reporting. Client relationship management and stakeholder communication. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Time management, attention to detail and organisational skills. Commercial acumen – invoicing, negotiation and budget oversight. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
