Join to apply for the Civil Supervisor Infrastructure role at Design Build . This is a site-based role suited to a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership capability and a background in roadworks and civil infrastructure. You will play a key role in driving safety, quality, and productivity on site while coordinating crews, plant, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Supervising day-to-day construction activities across roadworks and civil infrastructure scopes Coordinating site crews, plant, and subcontractors to meet program and productivity targets Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements Leading site safety, including toolbox talks, pre-starts, and compliance with WHS standards Monitoring quality and ensuring works meet ITP and hold-point requirements Liaising with engineers, foremen, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues Supporting delivery of works in line with cost, time, and quality objectives Qualifications Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on roads and infrastructure projects Strong background in bulk earthworks, pavements, drainage, and services Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality requirements Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance Relevant trade qualification or civil construction background preferred If this opportunity sounds like you please click apply or reach out to Jimmy directly on Additional information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industry: Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
