Director, Barwon Local Health Service Network Employment Type – Permanent Full Time Hours per fortnight – 80 Job Category – Management – Senior/Middle – Non Clinical Req Id – 6595 Responsibilities Lead collaboration across Barwon Health, Colac Area Health, Hesse Rural Health, and Great Ocean Road Health. Drive the implementation of the Barwon LHSN 3-year strategic plan and annual priorities. Promote and achieve health service collaboration by facilitating the four health services to work together on strategic system-wide service priorities. Coordinate and support the Barwon LHSN 3-year strategic plan and annual plans, which are agreed and defined by the CEO Committee and underpinned by the Statement of Expectations. About the Role The Director promotes and achieves health service collaboration by facilitating the work of the four health services to achieve strategic system-wide service priorities. This role requires a strategic leader who understands how to work effectively in the Victorian public health system, collaborates across multiple stakeholders, and delivers on the vision for the new Local Health Service Networks.
