About the Role CARS24 is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused individual to join us as our Remote Aftercare Sales Consultant on a casual basis, to support customers post‑purchase with enhancing their car ownership experience. This fully remote, work‑from‑home role will help customers select from a range of add‑on products such as extended warranties, servicing packages, dash cams, window tinting, and more, ensuring they get the best value and peace of mind with their car purchase. It is a consultative sales role where you’ll understand customer needs and recommend the right aftercare solutions. You will be the go‑to person for customers at this crucial stage of their car‑buying journey, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, with work‑from‑home arrangements. Requirements 3+ years of experience in aftercare sales at a dealership or retail environment. A passion for customer engagement and the ability to tailor solutions to their needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—explaining product benefits clearly and confidently. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes. A team player with a go‑getter attitude who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Tech‑savvy: experience with CRM systems and tools such as Google Docs is a plus, but not required.
