Responsibilities Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a creative team of designers, graphic artists and finished artists to foster collaboration and innovative work. Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Brand Governance: Maintain brand guidelines, style guides, templates and asset libraries for each brand. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, buying and production teams to align creative assets with business objectives. Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Qualifications Proven ability to coordinate the production of a high volume of marketing assets. Resilient and solution‑oriented within a deadline‑driven environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload for self and others. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of catalogue timelines and schedules, and approval processes between a retail studio and stakeholders. Good understanding of developing and working within set brand guidelines. Previous experience as a graphic or digital designer in an advertising or marketing studio role; retail experience highly regarded.
