You’ll visit customers in their homes to understand their needs, create tailored care plans, and deliver services like exercise prescription, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and strength and balance programs. You’ll also regularly review progress to make sure the support continues to meet their goals. You’ll have the flexibility to plan your own schedule, with admin time at our Gympie office, from home, or a co-working space. We’re offering a Part-Time Permanent position (45.6 hours per fortnight, 3 weekdays per week), with the chance to make a real impact in your local community.
