AI Content Designer We’re looking for a Content Designer to ensure AI‑generated content is ethical, inclusive, accessible, and sustainable. This role is pivotal in developing governance frameworks, auditing outputs, and collaborating with legal, DEI, and sustainability teams. You’ll also lead training and strategy to embed responsible AI content practices across the organisation. What You’ll Do Develop and enforce guidelines for responsible AI‑generated content. Audit and monitor content outputs for compliance with legal, DEI, and sustainability standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into impactful, user‑centred content strategies. Build and maintain scalable content systems that are consistent, efficient, and future‑ready. Lead training and awareness initiatives to embed ethical AI content practices across teams. Stay informed on best practices and regulatory developments in AI content governance. Ideal Candidate Deep understanding of the ethical and legal implications of AI‑generated content. Experience in content governance and cross‑functional collaboration. Strong communication and advocacy skills to influence and educate stakeholders. Passion for creating inclusive, future‑ready content systems. Financial services experience not required. Previous AI experience is ideal but not essential.
