Key Responsibilities Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives. Lead or support supplier negotiations for medium‑complexity contracts, including tender evaluations and contract discussions. Deliver cost savings and operational improvements through effective sourcing initiatives and supplier management. Provide category‑specific insights and technical input to support sourcing decisions and internal stakeholders. Advise internal teams on sourcing best practices and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Manage supplier relationships and support standardisation of specifications across categories to leverage economies of scale. Stay updated on market trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes. Ensure ethical and compliant procurement practices in line with internal policies and external regulations. Your Experience 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management preferably in a banking, fintech or large corporate environment. Hands‑on experience in executing sourcing strategies, supporting policy development, and managing sourcing processes for specific categories. Proven ability to lead or support supplier negotiations, tender evaluations, and contract discussions for medium‑complexity deals. Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and operational improvements through sourcing initiatives. Familiarity with supplier management practices, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Strong stakeholder engagement skills to provide advisory support and ensure alignment with business needs. Working knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) and understanding of industry best practices. Why Ubank?
