We have helped recruit a lot of people who have influenced several Australian Defence prominent projects. Given our background in Defence, Kinexus is in a unique position to provide people for projects at clients all over Australia. The Defence market is undergoing a transitional period which has presented opportunity and challenges alike. We are looking to add the services of a Talent Manager to our experienced team in our Melbourne office. The Talent Manager will help source candidates for the wide range of projects that we support across Australia. This is a role specifically looking at matching people looking for work with their perfect job. It will involve working with a mix of existing candidates as well as new ones from the many sourcing methods we have at our disposal. Responsibilities Identifying talent across Defence, Engineering and ICT Source candidates nationally for a broad range of Defence, ICT and Engineering projects. Developing a network of ex ADF / Defence people Identifying opportunities to connect with Security cleared technical and engineering professionals across Australia Developing talent pools Developing a strong social presence Skills and Experience required Ex-ADF personnel who wish to remain involved in the Defence sector Experience in sales, recruitment or project support A passion for Defence and the technical world Excellent organisational skills Outcome focused An understanding of the recruitment process Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions A great sense of humour and a positive attitude Kinexus Benefits We have a monthly RDO Quarterly commission We provide $50 per month for your mobile phone bill End of quarter activities We have a yearly high achievers trip (this year's contingent just got back from 5 days in Vanuatu) A unique team environment and Culture If you have Defence experience and like the idea of staying connected with the Defence sector this is the place for you.
