As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. You'll achieve this by: Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team Engaging and supervising the children at all times Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement About Goodstart New Gisborne: Well-established 112-place centre set on two hectares just off the Calder Freeway. Purposefully designed indoor learning environments from Nursery to Kindergarten, featuring sensory and play-based experiences. Expansive outdoor spaces include four play areas with large sandpits, cubby houses, and ample shade. Strong focus on community connections, with regular local excursions and engaging incursions.
