The successful applicant will join a hard-working, fun-loving, vibrant team of dynamic hospitality professionals. We arelooking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 2years of experience to join our team We have an awesome rooftop and diverse kitchens - Ranging from Latin America at Rumba, to Italian Cuisine at Fat Tomato, to Asian fusion at Umami and lastly, an American-style menu at Luckies, plus our Scoop Dogg ice creamery. we have a very close and motivated team. We proud ourselves on delivering amazing experiences and memories for the thousands of guests who come and enjoy the venue regularly, weekly. Proven experience running a restaurant as well as leading an engaged team. Customer service experience & strong work ethic are a must. Offering outstanding levels of customer service. Support training initiatives. Skills and experience Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager. Great team player. Experience with a high-volume business. Willingness to teach and share ideas. Inspired to lead a multicultural team. Creativity to contribute to the venue's success. Ability to lead by example. Great understanding of service skills and the ability to prioritise our people Adaptable and keen to learn. Capable of building effective relationships with staff.
