Overview Account Executive - Nonprofit role at Salesforce focused on nonprofit sector in Australia, including government-funded health organisations, aged care providers, disability services, and program-based nonprofits. Drive adoption of Salesforce technology across new and existing nonprofit customers, especially in case management, community programs, and health-related services. This role requires an outcomes-oriented, collaborative approach with a challenger mindset, engaging with nonprofit leaders and positioning Salesforce solutions to drive positive impact. Key Responsibilities Sector-Focused Engagement: Engage with nonprofit and government-funded organisations delivering aged care, health programs, and disability services, including NDIS providers; understand program delivery and align Salesforce solutions; stay abreast of regulations and advancements. Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities; build relationships with C-level and program leaders; drive strategic account planning to build a healthy and sustainable pipeline. Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand customer needs around programs, outcomes reporting, funding, case management, and compliance; collaborate with Solution Engineers for tailored demos and workshops. End-to-End Sales Execution: Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting. Internal Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Work cross-functionally with business development, solution engineering, marketing, and customer success; stay informed of regulatory changes and sector trends; contribute to Salesforce’s impact in the nonprofit sector. Qualifications & Experience Proven SaaS sales success in complex or consultative environments. Domain experience in health, aged care, disability services, or nonprofit program delivery is highly regarded. Familiarity with NDIS, My Aged Care, or public health systems is a strong advantage. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Deep empathy and passion for mission-driven work and community impact. Salesforce Trailhead Ranger status preferred.
