As an Employment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive Employment Australia, you’ll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainableemployment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants ontheir journey to employment, while developing strong relationships withemployers and support organisations. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Utilising a person-centredapproach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment Developing positive partnershipswith local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities forparticipants Enhancing employabilitythrough referral to support services and training Providing in-employmentsupport to sustain employment Marketing your participants’skills to prospective employers Achieving programperformance and quality benchmarks Keeping detailed, accuraterecords and adhering to all compliance requirements Actively participating inthe local community to promote services We are looking for individuals who are: Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed inemployment Relationship Builders whohave strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships withparticipants and employers Quality focused withan attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelines Problem solvers withthe ability to think outside the square and develop strategies to placeparticipants into sustainable employment Tech-Savvy andconfident in using computers and online systems Benefits: We pay above award rates – becauseyour time and talent are worth more.
