Roof Plumbing Supervisor – Residential Construction Roof Plumbing Supervisor – Residential & Commercial Locations: Perth Metro – North, South & Central About Us Roof Force is a Perth-based roofing business with over 15 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial roofing projects across WA. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated, hands‑on Roof Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced roof plumber or supervisor ready to take the next step into leadership, while still staying connected to the tools when required. Your supervisor round can be based on your location and preferred area, with the choice to oversee either North, Central or South. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising and coordinating residential roofing projects from start to finish Measuring jobs, scheduling works, and coordinating bookings Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team while maintaining quality and safety standards Communicating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members Assisting on the tools when required What We’re Looking For Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (Cert III or equivalent) Minimum 3+ years’ residential roof plumbing experience White Card and valid Driver’s Licence Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude with a strong team‑first mindset Demonstrated ability to uphold and enforce high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
