Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network – Murray Bridge SA Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, Murray Bridge WHA6 | Full Time Contract | Ongoing Eligibility: Open to Everyone Join Our Team as a Heated Pool Team Leader – Lead Safe, High-Quality Health and Wellness Services Make a difference by ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our heated pool facility, supporting community health and wellbeing through excellent service and care. About the Role: As the Heated Pool Team Leader , you’ll coordinate the daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers high‑quality, consumer‑focused health services. You’ll oversee the maintenance of equipment, uphold safety and infection control standards, and ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations. In this leadership role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a welcoming environment, supporting staff, and ensuring services meet the needs of all pool users while promoting health, safety, and community engagement. What We’re Looking For: Experience in the supervision of staff as a Team Leader. Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation, which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on‑the‑job training. Experience in maintaining staff rosters. Experience in dealing with the general public and children. Experience in cash handling procedures which meet audit requirements. Experience in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel etc. Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day‑to‑day execution of a position.
