Individualised Development – a custom program to follow your preferred roadmap, whether you specialise or maintain a diverse caseload. Role & Responsibilities In this rewarding role you’ll lead the delivery of high‑quality, community‑based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. Typical day: Support clients in the community, at home, clinic, or via telehealth. Meet with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision. Prepare appointments, write reports, complete case notes. Attend team meetings or check‑ins with your Team Leader. Complete the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners, and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists. You might have a special interest area or prefer a generalist caseload. You’re organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration. Have an interest in community healthcare. Have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence. Have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
