Crèche Officer – Sutherland Shire Leisure Centres Location: Sutherland Shire, New South Wales. Job Overview Join our team as a Crèche Officer. You will provide essential care for children while ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment at our Leisure Centres. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and support to families. Supervise children, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure a welcoming environment. Assist in the smooth operation of crèche services and support the Customer Service team. Engage children in a fun and safe environment. Provide administrative support related to the crèche. Qualifications & Requirements Essential: Current First Aid Qualification (HLTAID004 or equivalent) and Working with Children Check. Preference for experience working with children in a service‑oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player with flexibility and adaptability. Availability to work every Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Employment Details Type: Temporary Part‑time (16 hrs per week) until June 2026. Salary: From $54,763 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. Working hours: Monday–Friday 7.55 am–1.30 pm; Mon & Wed 4:00 pm–6:30 pm; Saturday 7.55 am–11:30 pm. Location: Flexible across three crèche sites.
