Do you take pride in building quality outdoor spaces? We’re looking for a hands‑on Landscape/Gardening Worker to join our growing team. You’ll be working on a variety of hard and soft landscaping projects – from site preparation to concreting, paving, turfing, planting, retaining walls, fencing, and more. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and wants to develop their skills while delivering great results for our clients and community. About the Work Carry out landscape construction tasks (hard & soft works) to a high standard. Assist with concreting, paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, fencing, and drainage. Use hand tools, power tools, and small plant safely and effectively. Keep work areas clean, safe, and hazard‑free. Work as part of a supportive crew to deliver projects on time and to spec. What We're Looking For Manual Driver’s Licence (preferred) Police Check & Blue Card (or willing to obtain) Certificate II/III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or Civil (advantageous) 1–2 years’ landscaping, civil, or construction experience (preferred) Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Why join Multhana?
