We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our residential projects and reports to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. This role is perfect for a Residential Valuer who’s experienced in all facets of residential work and is now ready to step away from extensive fieldwork — moving into a role focused on consistency, accuracy, and supporting the team. As our QA Manager, you’ll play a key part in upholding our standards, reviewing reports, guiding valuers, and ensuring every assessment meets our benchmark for quality and client confidence. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Residential Valuer, with strong exposure across all residential property types. High attention to detail and the ability to review, assess, and quality-check valuation reports. Capability to counter‑sign reports in line with compliance, risk, and industry standards. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to provide clear guidance and feedback to valuers. Ability to work independently — this role has no direct reports but requires strong collaboration with the broader team. Registered as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute.
