Experienced Disability Team Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our team, someone who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to achieve their hopes, dreams, and aspirations. About the Role As a Team Leader , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining participant-directed plans, strategies, support documents, and routines. You will oversee compliance requirements and ensure that participants feel empowered to maximise choice in all areas of life. Key Responsibilities Leading and supporting a vibrant team of support workers. Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to participants. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet participant needs and goals. Overseeing all administrative and operational tasks related to participant services. Hands on Support Work and personal care to participants. About You Has a strong passion for increasing the independence and community participation of people with disabilities. Is willing to balance administrative duties with hands-on support work . Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire a team to support participants in engaging with community groups and activities. Has a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, with experience in using community-based supports and methods to achieve participant goals. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders. Can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively. Brings strong customer service experience and can handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism. Is flexible with working hours and is prepared to adapt to the needs participants and the team. Requirements Possess a current WA driver's license. Ability to obtain a NDIS Clearance. Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check. Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance issued within the past 6 months. Ability to obtain a current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate. Eligibility to work in Australia. Why Join Us?
