SHEPPARTON BELL TOWER MOTOR INN – Shepparton VIC SHEPPARTON BELL TOWER MOTOR INN is a family‑owned and operated bed and breakfast motel located in the heart of the Goulburn Valley. The region is a major hub for Victoria’s diverse food processing industry and home to several well‑known wineries, all within a short drive from the motel. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team on a full‑time, long‑term basis. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily motel operations including reservations, reception, housekeeping, and room service Supervise property maintenance, security, and garden upkeep Plan and coordinate bar, restaurant, and function activities Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and hospitality regulations Monitor guest satisfaction and manage service improvements Oversee purchasing, stock control, and accounting processes Maintain occupational health and safety standards Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with tours and transportation About You Strong leadership and communication skills Previous experience in motel or hotel management Hands‑on approach with attention to detail Excellent organisational and problem‑solving ability Knowledge of local area and tourism industry will be highly regarded Benefits Family‑friendly, supportive work environment Long‑term full‑time opportunity with accommodation options available Opportunity to contribute to a respected local hospitality business At least 1 year’s experience working in a similar environment Attractive salary package $74,500 to $78,800 + superannuation per year for eligible candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
