Scholarships Support Officer Join to apply for the Scholarships Support Officer role at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available). Eligible Applicants: Current staff members of QUT with full‑time work rights in Australia. About the Role The Scholarships Support Officer will support the Scholarships Team with administrative activities and will contribute to university scholarship retention and attraction strategies. This position reports to the Scholarships Coordinator for career planning, development, and performance expectations. What You Need To Succeed Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree, or completion of an associate diploma in conjunction with relevant work related experience. Demonstrated ability to provide high‑quality client service in a complex and high‑workload environment. Demonstrated strong organisational and time‑management skills including the ability to prioritise work, work with accuracy and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Highly developed written and oral communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to use technology, such as student management systems and the MS Office Suite.
