About the role As a Supervisor , you are employed to actively assist the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently whilst ensuring our customers have a great in‑store experience and is a safe and enjoyable place to work for our team. Responsibilities Focused on fostering a "customer‑centric" culture to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Sharing your expertise and product insights. Ensuring a safe workplace through adherence to WHS safety programs and promoting a culture of commitment among the team. Qualifications Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting. Passion for personal growth and inspiring team development.
