Senior Operations & Maintenance Superintendent - National Join to apply for the Senior Operations & Maintenance Superintendent - National role at UGL UGL has a strategic partnership with the Department of Defence across the Defence Fuels Network for Fuels Management, Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance. This opportunity is an exciting and unique chance to work in the Australian Defence environment and support national security requirements of the Nation. The Opportunity We are excited to announce a newly created position designed to directly support and enable our National Operations & Maintenance Manager. This dynamic role is all about taking ownership of key operational tasks and driving efficiencies, allowing the manager to focus on strategic growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a national team of O&M Superintendents and O&M Supervisors to deliver Maintenance and Operating Services across the Defence Fuel Network (DFN). Ensure Maintenance and Operating Services are delivered in accordance with the DFMS and DFIMI the FNC Annual Works Plan. Participate in Workforce Planning by overseeing personnel movements to meet surge requirements, ensuring proactive personnel management processes and consultative processes are in place. Ideal Attributes 10+ years experience in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical industry. Extensive experience in delivering day-to-day recurring Maintenance & Operations services. Extensive experience in leading teams across geographically dispersed locations. Extensive experience in workforce planning, personnel utilization.
