You will: Build genuine connections with residents, understanding their needs and preferences Assist with personal and daily care, including showering, grooming, meals, and mobility Support residents in activities that bring joy and meaning to their day Encourage choice and independence, always respecting dignity Provide feedback to supervisors to ensure care plans reflect changing needs This role is about more than tasks—it’s about making a meaningful difference in someone’s life.Although this is a casual role, we are seeking candidates who can commit to at least three shifts per week across various AM, PM, and night shifts. This consistency helps us build genuine connections with our residents and ensures they receive the care and familiarity they value most.
