Business Operations Coordinator – Bakery (Strategic Operations + Admin Lead + Team Coordination) Crescent Head NSW | Full-Time or Part-Time | Immediate Start We’re a long-established family business seeking a capable, organised and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support the administration and operational flow of our 5th‑generation bakery in Crescent Head. This hybrid role covers operations, administration, financial preparation, supplier coordination, payroll support, invoicing, website updates, marketing logistics, social media scheduling and project coordination/reporting. This is not a basic admin job, it’s a key operational role for someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and helping build a smooth‑running business. You’ll work closely with ownership and the team to streamline workflows and support the next stage of our bakery operations. Key Responsibilities Administration & Finance Prep Payroll support Prepare weekly payment proposals Assist with BAS, super, and payroll activity paperwork Operational Coordination Support daily shop operations with Supervisors + FOH Supervisors Maintain organisation across the office Assist with rosters and staff communication Coordinate suppliers and follow‑ups Digital & Website Tasks Upload content and update bakery website pages Support social media logistics (uploading + scheduling only) Task & Project Management Follow up on outstanding tasks Support owners with projects and continuous improvements Provide weekly + monthly reporting What We’re Looking For Skills Strong administrative and organisational capability Confidence with digital tools (Google Drive, Excel, MYOB, POS systems) High accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience supporting management or operations Attributes Reliable and self‑directed Calm, professional, solution‑focused Values structure and systems Discreet and respectful of boundaries Takes ownership and follows through Team‑oriented and positive attitude Training and onboarding provided Supportive ownership and positive work environment Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role Crescent Head bakery office (primary) Occasional support for Outdoor Retail admin 25–38 hrs/week depending on the candidate How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining: Why you’re interested in the role The skills and experience you would bring We are interviewing immediately and will onboard as soon as we find the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
