As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the benefits of medicinal cannabis and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full‑time position but part‑time or casual applicants will also be considered. Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently Perform the daily operations of the dispensary to ensure compliance with all state and local regulations. Work within the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer service. Build patient relationships with trust and care. Dispense medicinal cannabis products, providing personalised counselling on dosage, effects, and usage. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient‑specific treatment plans. Ensure the dispensary maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Qualifications Registered with AHPRA as a pharmacist Previous experience in a pharmacy, preferably with knowledge of medicinal cannabis products but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
