WFH-friendly, culture-first : Work from home in Sydney, with regular team meetups. Your Role As our first Head of Product, you'll own product strategy, discovery, and delivery. You'll lead a cross-functional team across product, design, and data, and work closely with engineering, partnerships, and marketing. Discovery & Vision Lead customer and partner discovery to uncover high-impact problems. Understand user behaviour across consumers and merchants to inform product direction. Explore new verticals (e.g., retail, financial services) and markets (e.g., APAC expansion). Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals. Prioritise initiatives across rewards, data integrations, and platform capabilities. Balance short-term bets with long-term strategic investments. Execution & Delivery Shape product pitches and lead sprint planning using lean / agile principles. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and experiences. Collaborate with engineering and design to iterate quickly and effectively. Leadership & Culture Build and lead a small but mighty product team. Champion product excellence, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration. Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and continuous learning. What You Bring 7+ years in product management, with proven experience in a leadership role. (Managing direct reports) Proven experience scaling B2B or B2C SaaS products, ideally in fintech, loyalty, or data platforms. Strong discovery skills and customer empathy — you uncover problems others miss. Ability to inspire teams through vision, storytelling, and a deep understanding of user needs. Comfortable working across design, engineering, and data — you speak their language. Bonus : Experience with open banking, rewards ecosystems, or financial APIs.
