Project Manager – Home Automation & Audio Visual Kayder is a Sydney-based technology business delivering smart home, electrical, and audio-visual solutions across high‑end residential and commercial projects. We integrate the latest in automation, lighting control, AV and security systems, and pride ourselves on delivering seamless, high‑quality outcomes through a collaborative and professional team. The Role Taking projects from initial quoting and system design through to handover. Collaborating with sales team, clients, technicians and install crews to ensure flawless delivery. Using drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD) to review or revise plans and system layouts. Coordinating all facets of project execution – scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, quality assurance and site communications. Ensuring safety, compliance, and documentation standards are met across every stage. Building strong client relationships by being their key point‑of‑contact, keeping them informed and confident in our process. Working alongside other project managers and supporting our growth trajectory with smart workflow ideas and continuous improvement. Your Profile Proven project‑management experience specifically in the home automation or audio‑visual industry (experience with platforms such as Crestron, Control4, C‑Bus, Dynalite is highly desirable). Solid experience with drawing software such as AutoCAD. Strong communication skills — you’re confident liaising with clients, technicians, sales and other stakeholders. The ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines with professionalism. A current NSW driver’s licence and willingness to visit sites across the Sydney area. The ability to both work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
