CEVA Logistics is currently seeking a Yardperson (L2) to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our High Wycombe, WA site. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting vehicle movements and inspections within our Finished Vehicle Logistics operations. You’ll work with a high level of care and attention to ensure all vehicles are handled safely and accurately across the compound. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Drive and relocate manual and automatic vehicles within the yard or compound Perform inbound and outbound inspections using a handheld smart device Carry out basic checks as part of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) including badging, labelling, tyre pressure and fluid levels Wash, clean and prepare vehicles for delivery Use tools and equipment for tasks such as jump-starting, refuelling or changing tyres Follow site instructions and safety procedures at all times. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Current P2 or full driver’s licence Confidence driving both manual and automatic vehicles Good physical mobility and ability to work in a yard-based environment Basic familiarity with smart devices and hand tools Reliable and team-oriented approach In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
