Due to company growth, we have positions available for Night Shift Cement Tanker Drivers based at our Laverton North site. Why join Midway? In your new role with us, you will be: Safely operating a cement tanker to deliver bulk cement to our plants and customer locations. Completing pre-start checks and ensuring the tanker is cleaned and maintained to company standards. Managing loading and unloading processes using pneumatic systems. Maintaining strong customer and site relationships during deliveries. Complying with all relevant OH&S legislation, Chain of Responsibility requirements and transport laws. Completing delivery documentation and logbooks accurately. Assisting with general yard tasks when required. This role is a great fit for you if you: Are a team player with strong communication and customer service skills. Have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. Enjoy night shift work and working in a fast-paced transport environment. Work well under pressure. Show strong attention to detail. Have a can‑do attitude and are reliable. Work well with other departments to achieve common goals. Successful applicants will possess: HC (Heavy Combination), HR (Heavy Rigid) or MC licence – essential. Strong communication skills. Respectable driving and safety history. Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test.
