Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior ICT Officer to play a pivotal role in advancing ASTC’s digital transformation and strengthening our ICT infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate technology professional to lead complex technical projects, drive cybersecurity compliance, and optimise cloud and network environments that support our growing organisation. You will be instrumental in implementing key initiatives such as the Microsoft 365 migration, enhanced security controls, and infrastructure consolidation—ensuring our systems remain secure, reliable, and future‑ready. Working closely with the Manager ICT and a collaborative team of specialists, you will contribute to strategic ICT planning, continuous service improvement, and the delivery of innovative technology solutions that empower the entire Council. This position is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract. Desired Skills and Experience What You Will Bring: Extensive experience in managing complex ICT environments, strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure cloud technologies, and enterprise endpoint management. Proven ability in delivering ICT infrastructure projects, ensuring cybersecurity compliance with frameworks such as the Essential Eight and ISO 27002, and managing network, backup, and security systems. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills enabling advanced technical support, clear explanation of technical concepts, and effective teamwork both independently and collaboratively.
