Role Responsibilities Lead and support day‑to‑day operations of the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team. Work cooperatively and effectively with internal and external programs/stakeholders. Facilitate the appropriate clinical management of people with a mental illness within the team. Collaborate with the Consultant Psychiatrist to develop and maintain a high quality, effective and efficient team. Support MH & WB services leadership team in the management and leadership of the overall MH& WB program through participation in governance, projects and other activities. About You Minimum 5 years post‑grad clinical experience in a mental health setting. Previous experience working as a team leader or manager. High level of clinical experience. Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
