Job Description Be part of a friendly, high-energy quick-service team delivering great food to travellers. You’ll prepare consistently good meals, support teammates during busy periods and help shape a positive kitchen culture at Cairns Airport. Key Responsibilities Deliver fast, friendly service with consistent food quality Prepare, cook and plate menu items to standard under time pressure Monitor stock, rotate supplies and maintain accurate records Maintain high food-safety standards and kitchen cleanliness Coach and support junior team members when required About You Experience in high-volume or quick-service kitchens Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential) ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport A collaborative, positive attitude and punctuality Desired Skills and Experience What’s In It For You Hourly rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) 50% staff meals, allowances, Relish discounts, uniform & weekly travel allowance Part-time hours with consistent rostering and supportive management Opportunities for internal training and career progression across our national sites Why join Cater Care?
