Our Tanghulu store has fantastic opportunities available for kitchen attendants to join our exciting new location in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. We are looking for staff who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy preparing high quality food. Key responsibilities Prepare all Tanghulu food items. Replenish shelves and ensure all food displays are tidy and well presented. Maintain overall tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen. Monitor stock levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team. What we’re looking for Experience in a fast-paced customer service or food preparation environment. Experience with food handling and completion of the Safe Food Handling Certificate. Ability to work well with others and under pressure. Availability for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Although subject to change, shifts will likely be 9am-2pm. Up-to-date with food hygiene practices. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised. What we offer On-the-job training and support.
