About the Role We’re seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead our M-Elec and Sevr brands. The position is preferably based at our Warana office on the Sunshine Coast, but we will also consider applicants located in Brisbane to be based at our Darra office in Western Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Group General Manager/Director, this role is pivotal in driving sales growth, product innovation, and operational excellence across our Lighting, Electrical, and EV Charging product lines. Key Responsibilities Deliver monthly sales and margin targets across M-Elec and Sevr Manage product lifecycle and development strategies Lead a dedicated marketing team (web/social media, graphic design, industrial design) Lead a national projects team Oversee sourcing and quality control operations in China Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and maintain documentation Optimize inventory levels and manage aged/obsolete stock Build strong supplier and customer relationships Set and manage pricing strategies to meet margin objectives About You You’ll bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in Lighting Product Management Proven success in sales and commercial management within the electrical wholesale channel Electrical or Lighting trade background (essential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent time management and goal-setting abilities Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; intermediate proficiency in Outlook and Word A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results What We Offer Access to market‑leading brands and products A supportive, long‑standing leadership team A fast‑paced, exciting work environment Opportunities for growth within a privately owned group Competitive remuneration package including profit sharing Ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values innovation, leadership, and excellence?
