Commercial Credit Analyst

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Credit Analyst — or an experienced Residential Credit Analyst who has worked extensively with complex self-employed and trust lending — to support our growing commercial team. This is a salaried role offering a base salary of around $100K+, depending on experience , plus bonuses for self-generated referrals to the business. The position is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their experience in commercial lending, with a clear pathway for career progression into a Commercial Broker role for the right person. You’ll play a key role in reviewing, structuring, and preparing commercial loan applications while working closely with our brokers and clients across a wide range of industries and financial scenarios. Key Responsibilities Review and assess financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation Structure and prepare commercial finance applications for submission to lenders Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to clarify details and gather information Identify deal risks and make recommendations Support multiple brokers across diverse commercial and business finance scenarios About You Experience as a Commercial Credit Analyst or Residential Credit Analyst with exposure to complex self‑employed or trust lending structures Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and tax structures Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with brokers, clients, and lenders Self‑motivated, organised, and eager to learn and progres Interest in career growth with a pathway to Commercial Broking Why Join our Team Award‑winning business with a strong reputation for client service and professionalism
