The Team is renowned for its deep industry knowledge and the long term relationships forged with clients. The practice, led by partners Stuart Johnson, Michael Lawson and Ker Wei Tiam is consistently ranked in Chambers Global/APAC.The Team has a tier 1 client base which includes leading global fund managers, Australian and international real estate investment groups, local and international pension funds and institutional investors, boutique investment houses and other sophisticated local and international investors. The Team has worked on some of the most innovative fund structures and transactions with managers of third party pools of capital.We have an opportunity for experienced Associates or Senior Associates to join the team. You will enjoy fund transactional, fund establishment, fund management and advisory work in the PE/VC, financial services, real estate and infrastructure sectors. The practice assists clients in their raising of capital, the ongoing operation of their funds and mandates, and the deployment of capital - often working closely with other specialist teams across the Firm.
