Key Responsibilities: Forklift Operations: Safely load, unload, and move goods in the warehouse. Pick Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders with the correct items and quantities. Organisation: Keep a clean workspace and follow safety standards. Equipment Checks: Perform routine inspections of forklifts and report issues. Inventory Support: Assist with stock control and inventory tasks. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues for smooth operations. Requirements: Forklift License: Valid license required; both experienced and new operators are encouraged to apply (training available for newly licensed individuals). Warehouse Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and experience in food distribution is a plus (but not essential-we'll train you). Physical Fitness: Ability to handle manual tasks and stay active throughout the day. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and careful attention to your work. Communication Skills: Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly. Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test and a pre-employment medical check.
