Overview Tas Trucks Pty Ltd is the leading Tasmanian owned and operated business specialising in sales, servicing, rentals and spare parts for trucks and a broad range of material handling equipment. Tas Trucks are expanding our product and knowledge base to include Western Star and Man Trucks and have a great opportunity for a driven Service Advisor / Co‑ordinator to join our team in Launceston. We pride ourselves on being great at what we do and ensuring our customers experience service excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate service bookings, manage daily schedules, handle customer enquiries & create repair orders. Liaise with the Service Manager & Foreman to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs and servicing. Communicate clearly with customers about work performed, costs, and any additional service needs. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Manage and build relationships with valued customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction & assist with growing our customer base. Assist with booking manufacturer campaigns so to be completed by their deadlines. Uphold safety, compliance, and brand standards at all times. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
