You will be based at our Cairns Store and you may be required to work at other QLD stores within reasonable travel distance. In this role you will Assist with the daily operations in close co-operation with the Location Management and complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately. Oversee vehicle preparation to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick‑up and that the interior is clean. Hold strategy sessions with the Location Manager and complete team communications to ensure seamless daily operations and service delivery to the customer in line with business volumes and patterns. Ensure all features of the vehicles are operational when returned by renting customers. Work as part of a high performing team. About You Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers. Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in the rental industry preferred. Flexibility of working hours (7‑day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply).
