Support families through pregnancy, the antenatal and postnatal journey. Work side‑by‑side with families, community organisations and primary care partners to strengthen child development, enhance maternal wellbeing and nurture connection to culture. Collaborate with a warm, highly collaborative team of around 25 dedicated professionals—including nurses, midwives, a lactation consultant, a social worker and Aboriginal Health Workers/Practitioners—to share clinical expertise, cultural knowledge and deep community connections. Partner directly with an Aboriginal Health Worker to ensure care is culturally safe, strengths‑based and truly person‑centred. Participate in daily travel to outreach clinics across the footprint, extending high‑quality care to families who need it most. Contribute to improving outcomes for Aboriginal families and advancing Closing the Gap priorities across the community. Qualifications & Requirements Current registration as a registered nurse/midwife with AHPRA. Child and Family Health qualifications or working towards them. Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
