Iconic Australian business based in Sydney CBD are seeking a PMO Analyst to work on a complex data migration program. The PMO Analyst will be reporting into the PMO Manager for the data migration program and will work closely with the team to drive delivery, whilst ensuring the right governance is in place. Key Responsibilities Support the PMO Manager in preparing governance reporting and co-ordination of governance forums. Implement governance standards across projects, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables. Ensure project status, actions and decisions, risks and issues are reported concisely and accurately. Support the project teams by providing Project Management Office services and expertise so that the business case is delivered on time, to quality expectations, and within budget to realise targeted benefits. Compile and distribute regular status updates to program and project leadership, highlighting program progress, risks, and key milestones. Support the preparation of presentations (updates, decision papers), and program dashboards. Assist in the preparation and tracking of all program submitted change requests, ensuring all necessary documentation, approvals etc. Ensure risk identification, management and reporting is embedded within the project and appropriate escalation of risk and issues to management or the appropriate governance forums occurs within a timely manner. Provide administrative support to the PMO Manager and Program Director / Manager as needed to ensure smooth program operations. Assisting with minutes in meetings. Skills & Experience Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information at all levels. Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. Experience with PMO / program co-ordination / administration. Previous experience working within large complex environments is essential and it will be beneficial for candidates to have supported technical programs. This is a day rate contract, paying $650 + super / day, commencing as a 6 month contract and will likely extend – this a multi-year program of work.
