The Role We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Full‑Stack Engineer to take ownership of architecture and help scale our flagship product. You’ll lead from the front staying hands‑on with development while guiding and mentoring others. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the application architecture (TypeScript‑heavy, AWS serverless environment). Build and scale both front‑end and back‑end components for a global product. Plan and execute technical goals aligned with business milestones. Collaborate with engineering peers across Sydney and Hong Kong. Provide lightweight coaching and technical mentorship. Contribute to design decisions for scalable, event‑driven systems. Champion secure development principles, especially around encryption and client‑side security. Front‑End: Modern frameworks (React or similar) Back‑End: AWS Lambda, serverless architecture Data: SQL / DynamoDB Security: Client‑side encryption model inspired by password managers Bonus: Familiarity or curiosity about AI/LLM integration, plugin architectures (MCP), or cryptography What We’re Looking For Proven experience building and scaling full‑stack web applications.
