About the role : We have a fantastic role now available for a reliable and motivated truck driver to join the hardworking team at our Lismore Animal Nutrition Stockfeed Mill on a permanent full‑time basis. You will be part of a supportive team committed to excellent service and is a physical role that involves lifting and manual handling as well as driving. If you are self‑motivated with a keen interest in an agricultural environment this role could be just what you are looking for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include : Safely operate HR class vehicles. Load transport and deliver safely and reliably agricultural products and stock feed in an auger truck to customers business and farms from Tweed Heads in the North to Coffs Harbour in the South ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain delivery schedules and customer service standards. Complete vehicle checks and documentation requirements. What You’ll Bring A valid HV drivers licence (min HR MC preferred). Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one. Minimum of two years HR driving experience preferred. A strong safety mindset and reliable driving history. Punctual flexible and reliable for shifts. Physically fit for the manual aspects of role with an understanding of correct manual handling procedures. Safety focused and able to model safe work practices. Great time management and communication skills. A positive attitude solutions focused with a proactive approach to work. A willingness to learn (full training provided) and to assist in other areas of the mill as required.
