Mechanical Supervisors

DME Engineering Services (Australia) Pty Ltd – Tumut NSW An opportunity exists for skilled Mechanical Lead Hands and Supervisors to join our Tumut-based team. You’ll be leading a high-performing maintenance crew planning and scheduling for upcoming shutdowns, executing day to day routine maintenance tasks as well as fault finding on industrial plant. This role is hands-on and fast-paced delivering work to DME’s high safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities Planning, scheduling and work pack development Managing a crew of up to 5-7 tradesmen Liaising with Clients to meet deadlines Delivering pre-start meetings and planning meetings Work collaboratively to complete work safely and on schedule Maintain accurate records and complete maintenance documentation About the location This role is based in Tumut, NSW , supporting major local industrial sites. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. About you Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Experience in leadership role Able to develop work instructions and complete maintenance documentationStrong communication and people management skills Committed to safe work practices Highly motivated Salary and benefits This role offers an attractive annual salary + superannuation and overtime .
