About the Talent Pool We are looking for passionate Digital Health Analysts to join the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA). This pool will help us prepare for upcoming vacancies over the next 18 months. We’re building talent pools across the following clinical workstreams: Clinical Documentation ASAP (Emergency) Orders Community AmbCore (Outpatient Clinical Documentation) Ancillary & Specialties: Cupid (Cardiology) Optime (Surgery) Medication Management and Oncology: Willow (Pharmacy) Role Responsibilities Partner with subject matter experts/clinicians to map and optimise current and future state workflows, ensuring safe and efficient clinical practices. Provide expert clinical insight throughout all stages of system implementation – from configuration to testing, training, and go‑live support. Act as the key liaison between clinical users and project teams, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and support successful outcomes, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions. Drive change adoption using the Program Change Management framework to embed sustainable workflows and realise project benefits. Contribute to the development of training resources and ensure alignment with clinical safety standards and operational readiness. About You Clinically grounded – holds tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or Health Information Management) or has extensive public health experience. Digitally savvy with the experience to apply technical concepts in clinical system design and configuration. Collaborative Communicator skilled at engaging clinicians, technical teams, and project stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Detail‑focused and is comfortable managing complex documentation and ensuring accuracy across all deliverables. To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia). Successful candidates may be required to do multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S. time. ‘Exempt’ is defined as a fixed‑term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks. This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
