About the Role TSA Riley's Transaction Management team has played a leading role in some of Australia's most high-profile and complex civil and social infrastructure programs. We are growing and looking for early-career professionals to support major transport, renewables, water and property transactions. As a Consultant, you'll contribute to planning, structuring and delivering significant infrastructure transactions. Working alongside experienced advisors, you'll gain exposure to commercial strategy, procurement, evaluation and project delivery — building a strong foundation in transaction advisory. Assist in preparing EOI, RFP and contract documentation Support the development of commercial structures, delivery models and procurement strategies Undertake research, analysis and documentation across commercial, financial and risk areas Coordinate inputs from technical specialists and internal teams Contribute to reports, presentations and evaluation materials Support quality assurance and the development of internal tools and templates About You 1-4 years' experience in advisory, project management, procurement, commercial, legal, engineering or infrastructure roles Exposure to infrastructure, transport, energy, water or property projects (desirable) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and technical information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders A team player who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn Why choose TSA Riley?
