Account Director/Client Partner to join our world class team of brand storytellers. You will be an experienced client and team leader with a minimum of seven years’ experience in communication consulting or a related role.You will have experience in the mobile and devices category and strong relationships with Australian media in news, lifestyle and technology media. You are a passionate and committed team lead who takes time to coach, nurture and develop great client teams that combine a focus on the brilliant basics with a commitment to insight driven consultancy.You will lead the core team and work with a talented bench in the development of strategy spanning publicity and media relations, social media and influencer engagement, content and brand experience design. You are a brilliant collaborator, able to establish the vision for a team of experts and keep everyone on course to deliver brilliant outcomes to our clients.We’re open to candidates looking for a long-term contract or permanent role.This role is located at our Sydney based agency.Here’s the expertise you have, that we’ll build on:Strong communication and presentation skillsRobust understanding of the consumer electronics and/or mobile technology sectorsStrong media contacts and relationships, ability to background effectively and manage issuesAbility to maintain a positive and calm attitude in a high-pressure environmentExcellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering outstanding results for your clientConfident and credible counsel that builds trust with clientsExperience in event design for media and deliveryAbility to interpret and provide strong responses to briefsBe able to lead large teams by example and walk the talk from the frontThorough insight and control of your client’s budgetsHeavy hitting media skills and experienced understanding of consumer brand businessThe offerA hybrid working environment to make sure work is working for you.And a tailored personal development plan to help you identify and achieve your goals, coupled with a dedicated manager to support your career and personal development.$50 monthly allowance for your mobile phone or home internet connection.Additional time off including your birthday, summer Fridays, and loyalty leave.
