About the Role Esri Australia's Solution Engineering team is leading the way in innovative geospatial solution design. We partner with clients to achieve strategic business goals through the application of modern GIS technology helping organisations across commercial infrastructure and government sectors harness the power of location intelligence. Responsibilities Architect and lead enterprise-level geospatial solutions using the ArcGIS platform and partner technologies. Influence client strategies and purchasing decisions by delivering compelling solution designs and demonstrations. Engage with executives technical teams and stakeholders to shape solutions that span cloud infrastructure Microsoft technologies enterprise asset management systems and broader IT ecosystems. Mentor and develop the Solution Engineering team fostering innovation technical excellence and continuous improvement. Represent Esri Australia and the Boustead Geospatial Group regionally and globally showcasing our solutions at industry events partner forums and conferences. This role is pivotal in shaping the adoption of geospatial technology across Australia and the APAC region enabling organisations to unlock the full value of location intelligence in their digital transformation journeys. About You We are looking for an acknowledged authority in GIS technology who combines technical depth with commercial acumen and leadership capability. To succeed in this role you will bring : Proven expertise designing and delivering enterprise solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure enterprise IT environments and integration with corporate systems (CRM BI EAM). Extensive experience in a senior consulting or presales role with the ability to engage at executive levels and influence strategic outcomes. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. A track record of trusted client relationships built on credibility innovation and results. A passion for mentoring others sharing knowledge and fostering team capability. Degree qualifications (bachelors or masters) in GIS IT or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience. Alignment with Esri Australia's core values and commitment to driving positive change through technology.
